About the role
We're looking for a Video Editor to produce polished, engaging video content for client and internal channels from short-form Reels and TikToks to longer brand and process videos. You'll take raw footage and turn it into content that's built to perform on social platforms, working closely with the design and marketing teams to keep everything on-brand.
Key responsibilities
- Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Instagram/Facebook video) optimized for retention and engagement
- Edit longer-form videos: brand videos, client testimonials, “how we work” and process content
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, captions, sound design, and color correction to raw footage
- Collaborate with graphic designers to maintain consistent visual branding across video and static content
- Stay current on trending audio, transitions, and short-form video formats, and apply them appropriately to client

- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and version control efficiently
- Turn around quick edits for time-sensitive social content (e.g. GMB videos, event recaps)
- Work with the SEO/marketing team to ensure videos are optimized for each platform (aspect ratio, captions,
- length)
Candidate requirements
- 1.5+ years of video editing experience, ideally including social media content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects a plus
- Strong understanding of pacing, retention hooks, and short-form video structure for Instagram/TikTok/Reels
- Comfort with captioning, sound syncing, and basic color correction
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating short-form and/or long-form editing work
- Ability to manage multiple edits and deadlines across different client accounts
